Our client, who are based close to Burnham-on-Sea, are looking to recruit two highly organised warranty administrators.
You will join the company due to continued business growth and expansion and work as part of their busy aftersales department.
The Warranty Administrator duties include:
Administering all agreed internal and external warranty claims.
Ensuring all necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the warranty and individual manufacturer procedures.
It is therefore essential that you also process and can demonstrate strong IT skills and good levels of numeracy and literacy.
You must also be highly organised as this role has multiple manufacturers to deal with for the warranty claims and returns as well as liaison with the additional South West based site
You will need to ensure warranty claims are maximised ,that the submissions are 100% accurate and in line with each manufacturers process, highlighting any discrepancies found.
The role will involve working within a busy friendly team and experience of motor trade administration would be the ideal background for this role.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 .
