On behalf of my successful and growing manufacturing client in Wellington I’m starting the recruitment process for this new warehouse supervisory position.
More information will follow on line shortly but if you are currently leading a team, perhaps within retail, production or warehousing and would like to move away from standard 9am- 6pm hours and have more free time in mornings and afternoons maybe to play golf, go to the gym, volunteer or perhaps pick up or drop off your kids at school then this role might be ideal for you.
You will be working a 39 hour week on two weekly shift rotas of 6am- 2pm followed by 2pm – 10pm Monday – Friday, occasionally you may be required to work a day shift.
You will be leading a team of 6 within the warehouse operation and your role will be to motivate and lead your team, working to Quality and H&S standards, achieving departmental targets and fulfilling customer requirements. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Key for this role is people leadership, basic IT skills including MS Word and Excel , relevant technical training will be provided where necessary.
