Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Telesales Executive to join their expanding sales team selling to industrial and commercial clients.
As an Outbound Telesales agent you would be working within a target driven yet fun and highly supported environment where employee performance development and progression are at the heart of everything they do. This role would suit somebody with some telesales or face to face up selling experience who would like to develop their career in this field.
Job Purpose
To procure through B2B telephone contact new business for the company to aid and develop the desired volume and profit growth
Key Responsibilities
- To maximise the data provided
- To generate new business in line with set targets providing value to the potential clients
- To provide follow up calls to company marketing initiatives
- To consistently maintain company Telephone standards
- To maintain and update the prospect database
Specific deliverable and KPI’s
To achieve minimum monthly targets of 17 new accounts
To achieve a minimum call duration of 120 minutes per day
To listen to the objectives of the prospect and the ability to tailor an offering that provides the customer value
To demonstrate a positive attitude at all time
The Offer
A competitive salary starting at 19K increasing to 21K after probation
Uncapped commission structure
25-days annual leave plus bank holidays
Company Pension Scheme
Working hours 9.00-17.00 Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends)
Potential part-time hours also available between 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
