Continued growth has led to the creation of a new Sales Support role for my manufacturing client based in Highbridge.  The main responsibility of this role is to support the businesses sales function through efficient administration and strong customer liaison. 

Working directly with the Sales Manager you will:

 

  • Managing all incoming enquiries from potential customers, uploading details onto the system and sharing details with the relevant sales colleague to take forward
  • Assist the sales team in the creation of bids and tenders
  • Assist the Bid Team to collate and return accurate quotations and information
  • Sourcing relevant information for project specific components
  • Following up tenders that have been submitted, by way of telephone and/or email and updating the sales team on progress of projects at tender stage
  • Regularly producing and updating excel reports for both clients and internal management detailing design, manufacturing, production, and delivery capacity on projects
  • Assisting with the production & distribution of company marketing literature. Circulating hard copy & digital mailshots using an online lead generation data base.
  • Preparing sales presentations, sales team diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Providing administrative support to a Managing Director and Sales Team.

 

This role requires a great communicator with excellent administration and organisational skills.  You will be proactive in your approach to work and be able to work cooperatively to resolve problems.
