We have a great opportunity to work with a local company in Weston Super Mare who are looking for a sales administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

 

This opportunity offers the successful candidate;

  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme
  • Working hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch
  • A salary range of £18-20k depending on experience

 

In return, your responsibilities will be;

  • Provide support to a field sales managers that cover your region
  • Take and handle incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Prepare, send and follow up quotations
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with existing customers, keeping an open dialogue and updating the system internally
  • Liaise with the marketing manager to produce and send promotional materials

 

My client is looking for someone who is familiar with order processing, the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as having excellent communication skills.
