Change Recruitment is currently exclusively partnering with a specialist manufacturer to manage the recruitment of a Sales Support Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Office & Field-based Sales Department you will be responsible for providing a variety of administration support to the team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • To generate and prioritise quotations for Sales as requested by the Business Development Executives, ensuring the accuracy of information and that the process is followed by all, in the time frame requirement by the customer / internal customer
  • Respond to incoming sales enquiries, by distributing the relevant BDE’s or agents and ensuring the enquiry is accurately recorded in the CRM
  • Accurately translate orders received from customers, to insert these sales orders into a sales project and initiate the invoicing process
  • To initiate the contract order acknowledgment meetings, inviting all relevant parties and then issuing contract acknowledgments
  • Answering the telephones and directing the calls appropriately
  • Maintain and update cost sheets
  • Maintain and update quotes
  • Build professional relationships with customers at all levels
  • Add value to relationships with existing and nominated accounts through regular contact and communication, ensure sales are maximised
  • To support internal sales and to take orders on to Sage
  • Liaise internally to ensure any customer related problems and requirements are dealt with effectively
  • Liaise with Accounts and Operations on invoices / stage payments

To be successful in this post, you will require a proven background in providing extensive Sales Support to a multi-location Sales Department. Ideally, you will hold a relevant Business Administration qualification and possess excellent IT Systems Experience.

Our client is based in stunning offices in Bridgwater, free parking is available onsite, however, there are also local public transport links. Our client operates a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.
