Reporting to the Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to process sales orders and resolve any customer queries within agreed timescales.
Duties to include;
- Processing of all orders onto the computer system
- Liaising with production and customers to keep everyone up to date on anticipated lead times
- Maintain records of customer feedback for future reference
- Ensure that priority orders are processed and ready for production within agreed timescales
- Some sales calls to existing customers to generate business may be required
- Assist the Sales Manager and other colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Filing of sales orders and customer files
