We are currently recruiting a sales administrator for an established and successful distributor of upmarket household products to both the retail and construction industry .
The role is situated within easy commuting distance by car from both Weston-super-Mare and South Bristol being close to Bristol airport
You will be joining a small but busy and close knit team taking responsibility for the inbound customer orders from the initial enquiry through to despatch and sales aftercare.
This involves checking stock, pricing , technical advice ,delivery timelines, raising and processing delivery notes, raising sales invoices ,processing returns and credit notes .
The company has a loyal and established customer base, built up through its reputation for both a superb product range and excellent customer service over many years and although you will have your own allocated customers, you will communicate effectively , offering the highest level of service to any customer who makes contact with the office based sales administration team.
To be effective in this role you will need to be confident handling customer enquiries, keen to potentially learn about a whole new range of products, building strong customer relationships with an desire to provide the best solution for the customer and ensure a great customer experience from start to finish.
The hours for this role are 9am-5pm with a salary range up to £27k for a career to date that demonstrates exceptional customer service and sales order processing experience.
