My client, based in Sherbourne, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a Permanent Basis.

Key Duties:

  • Raising quotes and following up in an accurate and timely manor
  • Processing orders
  • Contacting existing customers to follow up outstanding orders, quotes and contract renewals
  • Answering any telephone or email enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting Account Managers and Business Development Managers with any admin
  • Maintain good knowledge of all products
  • Adhoc duties where necessary

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role processing orders
  • Excellent customer service and administration experience
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
  • Great attention to detail

In return, my client is offering a salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum and hours of Monday to Friday.
