The company is expanding and further increasing its employee numbers by now recruiting someone to look after their customers on the reception area, dealing with both face to face and telephone enquiries.
Taking payments both over the phone by card and cash, chasing the occasional late payer for outstanding payments and helping to resolve any queries they may have.
You will often be the front line person, so how you represent the company and your desire to do the best you can for the many regular customers is very important.
Some of the key requirements for this role are:
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Process invoices accurately using Sage Line50,
- Assisting with the reconciliation of credit card purchases
- Booking in appointments for the sales team, diary management
- Administrative tasks such as filing, supporting such departments as Administration, Accounts and Sales.
You will report directly to the Office Manager who will provide initial training and support.

General use of IT systems such as MS Office and Sage Line50 are required, alongside the ability to work with a number of manual administration systems such as a manual diary appointments booking system.
