Change Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading Mid-Devon employer in Willand to manage the recruitment of a Quotes Advisor to join the business on a permanent basis.
As a quotes advisor you will be working within a team of 3 to support the supervisor to manage incoming requests for information including calculating quotes for large orders.
Key Duties:
- Processing all incoming correspondence regarding customer quotes
- Collating all required information to process a quote
- Providing excellent customer service to all new and repeat customers
- Ensuring all quotes are accurate, correct and recorded as necessary
- Following up with customers regarding the quote provided
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships
- Providing support to the supervisor in agreeing deals and terms for customer accounts
- Assisting the customer service team when required
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure all needs are met
- Maintaining and producing reports for the quotes team
Key Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role (Sales Administrator, Quotes Administrator minimum 6months)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to maintain rapports with customers
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Strong experience using Excel
- Good Analytical skills
- Mathematical accuracy and general competence with numbers
In return, my client is offering a salary of £20,000 – 21,000 depending on experience and onsite parking.
Due to the location of the role, it is likely you will need access to your own vehicle as public transport links are limited.
Hours of work are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday with an hour break.
