Here at Change we are currently recruiting a niche quality assurance position within personal care manufacturing. This is an opportunity to join a thriving and expanding business during a positive time of change.
The position is based in Wellington, Somerset but also easily accessible from North Devon.
Ideally for this position you will have a science based degree/relevant scientific based experience and expertise in quality assurance.
Key elements of the role will include
Quality Incident Management and Resolution working across the business in cross functional working parties focussing on continuous process review
Improvement and quality performance management playing a key part in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures and production trials
Analysis of KPI’s and trend and create CAPA where relevant.
Monitoring of quality performance
Knowledge of requirements and participation in customer and regulatory audits
Maintaining standards of process, cleaning and equipment validation
There will be a number of additional duties as part of the wider Quality team including new starter Quality inductions ,communication with customers and replying to customer queries, reconciliation of OTC and Medicines Acts products
As an experienced Quality practitioner it is anticipated that you will have understanding and practical application of related technical areas such as ISO Quality Management Systems methodologies which include 5S,continuous improvement, Pareto and HACCP principles
