Due to a recent change in ownership, this newly independent company is already seeing increased success and is looking for new members to join their Finance, Marketing and Operations Teams.

Within the  growing Finance team  we are looking for someone who has experience in purchase ledger invoice processing and supplier management.

You will be working alongside another purchase ledger clerk as a team of two making sure the supplier accounts are accurate and up to date.

Processing supplier invoices and expenses within deadlines.

Allocating supplier discounts.

Producing monthly intrastat and EC sales reports.

Maintaining supplier relationships and resolving queries promptly.

Bank reconciliations and cash book processing.

Working alongside your experienced colleagues you will ideally be confident, friendly with an approachable and helpful manner and keen to take on a new opportunity.

Your responsibilities will require that you are comfortable under pressure and working to tight deadlines.

Alongside a competitive salary the company offers 25 days holiday , on-site parking and a 37 hour working week.
