Our client who is based in Highbridge have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Ato join them on a temporary basis to join them as soon as possible.
Objectives:
As the Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will provide support to the Finance Manager in maintaining a clean purchase ledger with all accounts reconciled and debit balances resolved.
Key responsibilities
- Purchase ledger processing and obtaining authorization of invoices not yet approved.
- Closing purchase orders and returns as appropriate and monitoring outstanding ones.
- 3-way matching.
- Raising of payment runs, sending remittances to suppliers.
- Monitor emails, and reply to suppliers demands, making sure that all email attachments are printed as hard copy for processing (alphabetically, by date, coded, authorised etc.)
- Scan/ Import documents through Spindle facility (filing).
- Archiving all paperwork after auditors are done
