You will be an integral part of a production management team who are all working towards challenging, exciting and planned business growth and success within the next 3 years.

Key when thinking about applying for this role is that it is open to individuals with varying levels of experience in production management process improvement.

The Role

You will be working across internal teams and projects focusing on improved operational processes to both reduce costs and increase line efficiencies.

Whilst delivering on these hugely important projects you will remain part of the production management team supporting your peers achieving the operational performance targets for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.

Additionally you will be a highly flexible individual with a belief in the strength of the team being how companies achieve their best results. You will have an opportunity to contribute to this fully by swapping into Production Management when needed to allow your peers to access planned training and development.

Ideally you will have experience in the majority of the following areas below, are potentially degree educated or hold a relevant manufacturing, production & operations qualification.

You will be looking for a role where you will thrive on tackling projects, can show initiative and work with a sense of urgency. Also being someone who enjoys working with others and influencing people and outcomes will be important to you.

  • Systems management experience including ERP and CRM Systems
  • Experience of delivering cross functional projects.
  • Sound business knowledge gained in a manufacturing environment.
  • Evidence of having delivered KPI's or having worked towards them.
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a factory
  • Managing factory or large teams in a manual process environment
