Change Recruitment are currently exclusively partnering with a specialist manufacturer to manage the recruitment of a Marketing Assistant to join their business on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Marketing & PR Manager you will be responsible for managing a range of projects and tasks that allow for the successful implementation of the company’s Sales & Marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support the Marketing & PR Manager to ensure the successful execution of all marketing projects
- Conduct market research and customer feedback surveys
- Produce monthly reports to monitor and report on marketing activity and measure success and ROI
- Help to produce marketing and sales collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, photography and case studies
- Assist in the organising of photo and video shoots
- Ensure the brand guidelines are adhered to company-wide
- Assist the sales team to achieve success in the company’s defined target market segments
- Research and create content for the company’s website and social media accounts
- Help to organise events and exhibitions
- Communicate directly with customers, suppliers and channel partners as required
- To monitor and research competitor activity and to measure companies market share
- To undertake all marketing administration
This role would be well suited to an individual with a minimum of 12 months experience operating within a Marketing capacity within either the manufacturing or another B2B environment. Ideally, you will hold a Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing (or equivalent) – however, this isn’t essential.
Key to your success within this role will be your ability to engage effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, therefore excellent communication skills and good knowledge of market research techniques is essential.
Our client is based in stunning offices in Bridgwater, free parking is available onsite, however, there are also local public transport links. Our client operates a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £21,000 - £22,000 depending on experience plus a range of other excellent benefits.
