Responsibilities include;
- Provide an advisory service to line managers
- Managing disciplinary and grievance processes
- Monitoring and managing absence levels
- Attending consultations with employees
- Providing KPI reports to the Senior Management Team relating to T&A, Recruitment, Retention, Headcount
- Other administration duties as required
- You will ideally be studying towards or be qualified to a CIPD level 5, with experience working within a busy HR team.
