We have a new opportunity for a Finance Office Coordinator to work with our ever growing client who have been operating for over 25 years based in Avonmouth.
The successful candidate will enjoy the following benefits;
· A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience per annum based on 37.5 hours per week (full time)

In return, the successful candidate will be responsible for;
Nominal Ledger:
· Posting Cash and bank payment transaction
· Checking and reviewing bank and cash transactions
· Supporting bank reconciliations for all bank account
· Preparation of management accounts
· Maintain and develop accounting systems and internal software packages
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· Payroll reconciliation
· Support VAT accounting
· Fixed Asset Administration
· Activity reviews
Payroll Administration
· Prepare and collate payroll data
· Review payroll reports
· Transmit bank transfers
· Manage pension & HMRC payments
Sales Ledger:
· All areas of sales ledger and credit control
· Produce month end reports
· Provide cover for credit control
