My Client, a large and established motor trade business, is currently looking for a Document Administrator to join their administration team in Avonmouth.  In this role you will be working on a shift pattern (4 on, 4 off – 6am to 6pm). Supporting the Administration Manager, your key responsibility will be to ensure that all the required documentation for vehicles is in place.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Liaising with various departments and managers to chase outstanding documentation
  • Creating document packs for all new vehicles
  • Ensuring that customers receive full vehicle documentation
  • Safely and securely store all required vehicle documentation
  • Extracting data from Manufacturers websites
  • Checking that all vehicle information is correct
  • Dealing with general enquiries by email or phone from customers
  • Escalate any complex issues to the relevant manager
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development

The suitable candidate will have strong IT skills (MS Office), have excellent attention to detail and be a great communicator.  This role will fully utilise all of this skills, and as such offers great ownership of the vehicles sales process.
