Tudor Lodge Pharmacy and Graham Road Pharmacy in Weston-Super-Mare are currently seeking three experienced Customer Service Assistants to join their team.  Working in a small team supporting the Pharmacist, you will be required to provide front of house customer service to a wide range of customers.  The successful candidates will understand the importance of leaving customers with a positive impression of their self and the business.

 

Key skills needed for this role include:

•             Good communication skills with customers, colleagues, and suppliers – both face-to-face and over the phone

•             Trustworthiness

•             Willingness to learn and progress to other roles within the pharmacy

•             Flexibility and Adaptability to the business needs

 

Previous experience of working in a pharmacy or a related field would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.  Formal training will also be provided to ensure maintenance and enhancement of skills for future progression to a Dispenser or even a Dispensing Technician role.

Working Hours

This role will cover a six-day working week on a rota basis, and the successful candidates will be required to work one of the following hours.

Candidate 1        -              35 Hours per week. Monday to Friday during the training period, thereafter, five days per week including every other Saturday and one late shift per week.

Candidate 2        -              30 Hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM

Candidate 3        -              24 Hours per week. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 2.30 PM to 11.00 PM

Flexibility regarding working hours and shifts will be required for the roles.

Remuneration

Negotiable, depending upon age and experience.
