Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for a reputable manufacturing business based in Yatton, North Somerset. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small Customer Service Team, where you will be taking bespoke works orders. As such you will need to be a great communicator, relationship builder and be able to communicate technical information both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the correct and timely processing of orders received, including product set up.
- Continual Review of Customer Service priorities to ensure the business meets and exceeds customer expectations
- Liaison with other departments (manufacturing, packing and logistics) to ensure customer delivery performance is achieved and improved
- Logging, investigating and progressing of customer complaints with a view to preventing reoccurrence
- Raise any credit notes to be issued
- Supporting new enquiries to the business, providing admin and customer facing support to ensure customers receive quotes in the specified time frame
- Deal with all enquires via the phone and email in a timely manner ensuring that the customer is provided with a professional, efficient service at all times.
- To be an ambassador for the business if asked any questions by visiting customers and clients
- Proactively solve problems and make decisions with the best interest of the company in mind
- Actively involved in presenting a positive view of the company, working closely with the Area Sales Manager
- Other reasonable duties assigned by management
In return, they are offering a starting salary of £18,500 and a Monday-Friday working week with an early finish on a Friday.
