We are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Advisor for a well established and reputable business based in Clevedon to cover maternity leave. In this role you will primarily be taking incoming calls from customers, taking details for the technical maintenance team and carrying out follow up administration duties.
You will be the first point of contact so must have an excellent telephone manor and the ability to gather relevant information from customers for the tech team.
Duties will include:
- Take incoming calls on the Tech Support and Dealer line, raising tickets and taking messages as required
- To load all enquiries to the system and pass on the details to the technical team
- Booking in tech support site visits over the phone with customers
- Any other duties relevant to this role.
This is a temporary role to support during a busy period of time, the expected duration of the assignment is 9 – 10 months. This role will pay £9.50ph and offers an immediate start.
