My client, a leader in their industry based in Wellington, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and proactive individual to join this business as a key member of their customer service team.
Key Duties:
Account managing and ownership of a portfolio of customers
Identifying and developing opportunities for the customer
Focusing on growth and retention of customers
Taking ownership of any problems and resolving them within a timely manner
Offering customers additional services based on their needs
Being a professional point of contact for customers
Working collaboratively with the Sales Team
Liaising with internal teams for progression of customer enquires
Assisting customer with IT issues
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C or equivalent including Maths & English
Excellent customer service and proactive approach
Excellent communication on all platforms
Professional telephone manner
Strong work ethic
Ability to prioritise a workload
Excellent attention to detail
In return, my client is offering a starting salary of £22,447, working hours of Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 (40hours a week), 28days holiday including bank holiday rising with service, company pension and onsite parking.
