Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for a full time Customer Service Administrator to join them on a temporary basis until initially the end of June.

Key Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls from customers and assisting them with queries
  • Updating the customer system with notes from conversations
  • Liaising with internal colleagues to find resolutions
  • Processing emails and letters
  • Any ad hoc admin as required

Key Requirements/Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Microsoft Office is essential
  • At least 6 months experience within a customer service role
