Our client who manufacture on behalf of a global customer base are recruiting an experienced and highly capable administrator for a period of 9 months covering maternity. This is a position that will suit someone who is comfortable and used to working in a reactive position without a high level of day to day structure.
With a focus on quality standards and continuous improvement your role will include the administrative back up for the production of technical specification packs, compiling information,collating documents,printing for submission to customers and subcontractors as necessary.Data management will include creating parts numbers and compiling reports so you will need to be confident in the use of MS Excel. In addition to the administrative responsibilities you will attend design team meetings and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors so confidence in your interpersonal and communication skills is important in this position.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of an administrative role within a manufacturing organisation who enjoys and prides themselves on their accuracy and attention to detail. An advantage would be knowledge of Bills of Material ,the ability to read technical drawings and Sage200 experience.
