My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for the day to day accounts administration duties as well as supporting with some general administration duties.
Key Duties include:
- Processing purchase invoices and raising PO’s
- Raising and sending out sales invoices
- Reconciling credit card statements and expenses
- Resolving any quires with suppliers
- Assisting with Credit Control duties
- Supporting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Ad-hoc duties when necessary
The ideal candidate for this role with have worked in a similar role previously, be computer literate and comfortable using Excel.
In return my client is offering a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience, 22 days holiday and working hours of 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-2pm Friday.
