My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part-time (25hrs per week) basis for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. This role will report directly to the Financial Controller and assist with a variety of accounts processing duties.
Key Duties include:
- Maintaining and processing invoices on the sub-contractor ledger (CIS)
- Processing purchase invoices and raising PO’s
- Raising and sending out sales invoices
- Reconciling credit card statements and expenses
- Resolving any quires with suppliers
- Assisting with Credit Control
- Ad-hoc duties such as reception and admin work when necessary
The ideal candidate for this role with have worked in a similar role previously, be computer literate and comfortable using Excel.
In return my client is offering a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 (pro rata) depending on experience, Part-Time hours (25hrs a week, Monday-Friday) of 38hours a week Monday – Friday.
